Create a workspace, invite members, then choose which folders should sync to each device. Workspace owners can enforce link expiry and retention defaults.

Sharing
Shared links may be internal-only, guest-accessible, or signed with a fixed expiry time. Link activity appears in the workspace audit trail.
Sync clients
Device profiles let users pin active folders locally while leaving large archives cloud-only. Conflicts are preserved as separate versions.
